I use several different types of hypoallergenic metal in my work. Most posts will be made of Stainless Steel, while french ear wires are typically 10k gold plated metal. If you're not sure about a piece, just ask!

Custom orders will not begin production until payment is received. In most cases, you will receive a proof of your requested design to approve before your order is finalized. Production begins after payment. No samples will be mailed before payment.

Changes to your shipping address can only be made before your order has been shipped, so please double check before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address at the fault of the buyer, your order will be canceled and a partial refund will be issued (order total - shipping costs.)
