Return Rules Summary
- Returns accepted for 14 days (Some restrictions apply*)
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges
- Items must be shipped in original shipping container with items in their original packaging
*Return rules only apply to physical items. Workshop and event tickets are non refundable. Custom/Personalized items, gift cards, gift wrapping, and clearance items are final sale.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
