I came upon this event by accident and was excited to try it! I already enjoy scrapbooking but loved the idea of making my own junk journal and using everyday supplies. The class was so much fun! Kat was amazing -- kind, super patient and a great teacher. She brought tons of fun ephemera to play with, and we each walked away with goodies and a cool junk journal! The participants were lovely and supportive and the location at Hey Daisy Studio was adorable. I highly recommend taking this class, or any class, from Kat!

This workshop was so much fun! Kat taught us how to make our own journal from scratch and then we started working on filling our pages. She provided all the supplies needed to get us started and showed a lot of cool crafty techniques we could use. I'm obsessed with my new junk journal and work on it often!

My eight year old really enjoyed making haunted houses with Ms. Kat.. The class was also great for social interaction as well for the kids in The Kitchen Table’s nice warm and friendly setting. My girl is looking forward to the next class!
