Workshop - Build A Junk Journal - Thursday May 15th 6-8PM at Hey Daisy Studio

Junk journaling combines elements of collage, scrapbooking, and journaling into one fun hobby. In this workshop, you will build your own custom spiral bound junk journal from both new and upcycled materials. Choose your pages from a variety of paper options, then learn how to assemble, punch and bind everything together. Decorate a unique cover for your journal, and get started filling in your pages with embellishments from a buffet of stickers and ephemera. 

Since your journal will be custom bound, you're welcome bring your own paper scraps to add in, but this is optional. Plenty of supplies will be provided to create your one of a kind book. (Book size will be 5.5x8")

About the Instructor:
Kat Ammann is the owner of local handmade jewelry business, Crafted. Kat has over 2 decades of experience as a professional designer and maker in addition to teaching classes virtually and in person at makerspaces, libraries, art studios and even Paper Source. She's dabbled in just about every type of craft she's come across and is always excited to learn something new and teach it to others.
